I’ve started the next page, though, so we’ll probably start figuring it out faster than we have been…????

Today an awesome comic rolled out an insane update.  By today I mean yesterday, technically, but I’m still awake so it’s also like today, which has just spilled over a bit into the next day.  Anyway!  Check out Evan Dahm’s Order of Tales; a continuous plot over 700 pages long!  The update he released today was 82 pages, which is more than I have drawn so far in my comic’s entire history.

Anyway.  If you read my comic, maybe you read his comics.  It is likely.  But I would be remiss not to mention them!

More of that Prince dude.  Dialogue, man.  What even is that?  It’s the first conversation in the whole comic so far.  Woooow

Bleep bloop

Hey!  Here is a new page.  I took a little break there, as you may have noticed.  I wanted to do another intermission story like I did last time in between pages 12 and 13.  I got some ideas together for a couple different options but didn’t really like any of them all that much.  So I will just keep going on the normal plot.  Maybe I’ll do a little 8-page thing at the end, instead of in the middle.

Anyway we are more or less back on track.  More coming soon!

Zooooom

The smaller ones floated in water, this one blasted off to the moon.  I think that’s the last we’ll see of it!

Aaaand the island is exploding.  Remember the huge black crystal that was there before?

Try saying the sound effect out loud; I think it works pretty well for this.

Looks like subterranean lake crystals absorbed some of the Skull King’s luminescent properties?  Why are they floating?  What exactly is going on here?

It sure is getting bright in that underground cave lake!

Hey guys :O  New page!

I’m done apologizing for late comics!  I will post updates when I can, but my work schedule has just been totally silly and my personal life hasn’t left me with a whole ton of down time either.  I had this sketched on Thursday, and now it’s Monday, and I have no idea what happened to the time.  I think I will still average twice a week, at least.  And after this week I think things should even out.  Who knows.

Anyway, enjoy!

I hope you can make out what is happening here!  Sometimes I’m not sure how effectively I get across what I mean to.  It all makes sense to me, but if I’m not making sure you understand, I am not doing my job correctly!

Dave found a cave :O  I think they’re going to be cave diving for a while.

Does it look too much like ice in the first and third panel?  I wasn’t sure how to illustrate it, really.  I probably should have referenced it.  It came out alright, though.

The world of David the Treasure Hunter is moving abnormally slowly.  I have a whole train of excuses here.  Laziness, mopeyness, grey-weatheriness, whatever!  This page actually turned out alright.  Next page is actually already sketched out, so maybe I will have it posted tomorrow and I’ll be back on track?  I hope so.
